Based on a true story. The name - throughout WWII - had been S/S Politician. Outside Eriskay, The Outer Hebrides, Scotland, in bad weather, containing 250,000 bottles of whisky having abandoned Liverpool two days earlier, heading for Jamaica, it sank. The locals gathered as many bottles as they can, before the authorities arrived, every other year, and now, bottles are observed in the sea or even in the sand.
