Perestroika has already stepped from the Kremlin stands onto the streets of cities and towns. Against this crucial historical background, the series shows the growing up and transformation of the schoolboy Andrey from a simple chushpan (as teenagers who were not "sewn" to any group were called) into a cruel kid.
